Dave's journey in HCM and a skills-first arena includes key roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at iMocha, a Skills Data Management platform, and SVP of Business Development & Strategic Alliances at LiveHire, where he played a crucial role in its acquisition by Humanforce and its integration with SAP's Total Workforce Management solutions. At Eightfold.ai, he was instrumental in building the early sales momentum, develop a global partner ecosystem, and forging strategic alliances with major companies like SAP, Deloitte, TCS, and AMS. His leadership helped elevate Eightfold’s partnership with SAP SuccessFactors, earning the prestigious SAP Pinnacle Award for two consecutive years as a top revenue-generating partner. Early on his career he was involved in two startups from ground up with both getting acquired by Oracle and CA Technologies.
