Dave Ghosh - Managing Partner
Dave Ghosh is the head of business development and managing partner at SkillsFactory.ai, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales leadership, solution selling, and business development from Silicon Valley. His expertise lies in aligning business processes with strategic outcomes across various technologies.
Dave's journey in HCM and a skills-first arena includes key roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at iMocha, a Skills Data Management platform, and SVP of Business Development & Strategic Alliances at LiveHire, where he played a crucial role in its acquisition by Humanforce and its integration with SAP's Total Workforce Management solutions. At Eightfold.ai, he was instrumental in building the early sales momentum, develop a global partner ecosystem, and forging strategic alliances with major companies like SAP, Deloitte, TCS, and AMS. His leadership helped elevate Eightfold’s partnership with SAP SuccessFactors, earning the prestigious SAP Pinnacle Award for two consecutive years as a top revenue-generating partner. Early on his career he was involved in two startups from ground up with both getting acquired by Oracle and CA Technologies.
Throughout his career, Dave has managed customers and operations across five continents with non-stop global travel. Dave currently resides in Roseville, a suburb of Sacramento, California.
Jason Gray - Managing Partner
Jason Gray believes in AI for good. He specializes in applying AI to deliver successful HR talent solutions and analyzing and optimizing business strategies to deliver high-impact, sustainable results. Drawing on his deep knowledge of enterprise software, machine learning, and AI-powered talent solutions, he develops tailored strategies that consistently drive measurable business performance. His leadership roles, including Global Head of Presales and Solution Advisory at iMocha and solutions leadership at Eightfold.ai, have equipped him with the expertise to integrate advanced technology into HR business operations, aligning with and advancing clients' strategic objectives.
With a strong track record in solution architecture, go-to-market strategy, and customer journey optimization, Jason’s consultative approach is rooted in close collaboration with HR teams. He leverages design thinking to ensure technology solutions directly address business needs. His leadership at firms such as Captora and Oracle underscores his ability to build and lead high-performing teams, execute complex change management initiatives, and consistently deliver value-driven outcomes, positioning him as a strategic partner in AI-driven business transformation.
Azizur Rahman - Managing Partner
Over the past decade, Azizur Rahman has led global sales, business development, and strategic initiatives focused on future-proofing total workforce engagement, productivity, and risk management throughout the recruit-to-retire lifecycle. By fostering collaboration between HR, IT, and Security, he has championed a human-centric approach to enhancing organizational resilience and operational efficiency.
Azizur is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in engineering, consulting, sales, product management, and delivering integrated workforce and workplace safety, security, risk, and compliance solutions across critical infrastructure sectors. He has held leadership positions at AlertEnterprise, Incontrol Simulation, Stanley Security, and Rockwell Automation, where his strategic innovations and expertise in human risk management have earned him significant respect within the industry. His commitment to leveraging innovative technologies has been essential in ensuring the safety, security, and sustainability of people, assets, and systems as organizations embrace digital transformation globally.
Azizur earned his BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University and is a member of the InfraGard National Members Alliance, an FBI-affiliated nonprofit organization.
