Delighten Koola - Chief of SAP SuccessFactors Advisory & HR Managed Services
Delighten Koola brings over 20 years of expertise in account management and technology.
With 10+ years specializing in SAP Cloud implementations using Scaled Agile and Activate methodologies, he has successfully led large-scale transformations for global enterprises.
Currently, as Chief of SAP SuccessFactors Advisory & HR Managed Services at SkillsFactory.ai, Delighten drives skills-first strategies and change management initiatives to optimize workforce planning and HR transformation.
Prior to this role, as Head of Customer Success at SAP SuccessFactors, Delighten was deeply involved in post-sales engagement and lifecycle management for key accounts, overseeing SAP implementations from initial setup through to adoption and expansion. His ability to drive consumption and optimization of SAP solutions ensured seamless integrations across organizations, maximizing business value and ROI. Dave Ghosh advises on GTM strategy elements for SkillsFactory.ai. He brings over 25 years of experience in sales leadership, solution selling, and business development from Silicon Valley. His expertise lies in aligning business processes with strategic outcomes across various technologies.
Dave’s journey in HCM and a skills-first arena includes key roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at iMocha, a Skills Data Management platform, and SVP of Business Development & Strategic Alliances at LiveHire, where he played a crucial role in its acquisition by Humanforce and its integration with SAP’s Total Workforce Management solutions At Eightfold.ai, he was instrumental in building the early sales momentum, develop a global partner ecosystem, and forging strategic alliances with major companies like SAP, Deloitte, TCS, and AMS His leadership helped elevate Eightfold’s partnership with SAP SuccessFactors, earning the prestigious SAP Pinnacle Award for two consecutive years as a top revenue-generating partner Early in his career, he was involved in two startups from the ground up, with both getting acquired by Oracle and CA Technologies.
Dave has managed customers and operations across five continents throughout his career with non-stop global travel. I currently reside in Roseville, a suburb of Sacramento, California.
